Request an RMA
We do our best every day to ensure that your orders are delivered on time and are packed correct and secure. However it sometimes occurs that a package gets damaged during shipment. It may occur, that you have received equipment you wish to return.
For any return of equipment due to damage, incompletion or wrong delivery please fill out the RMA form below.
An RMA request must be submitted within the issued DHS warranty, however we urge you to request an RMA as soon as possible. An RMA requested after the warranty has been exceeded will be denied.
Our RMA procedure

You will receive an e-mail within 24 business hours with confirmation that we have received your inquiry.
Pack the equipment correctly and securely, preferably in the same packaging as we send it in (if possible). Clearly state the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Please also include a copy of the invoice in the packaging.

All equipment sent on our shipping account can be sent back on the same shipping account. All equipment sent on buyers shipping account are returned at the buyers expense and risk.
Please note that it is necessary to have an RMA number before you can return any equipment. You will receive the RMA number when we have approved your request. The equipment must be returned within 14 days from the issue of an RMA number. After 14 days the RMA number is cancelled, and it is no longer possible to return the equipment on that number.
Please note that an RMA number is not an assurance that the equipment will be credited. We reserve the right to inspect any returned equipment before approval of a credit note.
Defects caused by fire, water damage, natural disasters, over voltage caused by lightning and wanton destruction, are not eligible for RMA handling.
